At our sports complex, there’s something for everyone. With world class facilities, high trained staff and a great team atmosphere, we promise you'll love your time here. As well as cheerleading, we support sports such as parkour and tumbling too! Our sports experts are constantly trained in safe practices, so you won't need to worry about being taught unsafe methods. Try joining one of our classes - they are a great way to meet some of our friendly members and challenge yourself to learn new skills.

Each trainer has a specialism – this could be an ex-professional athlete, or a highly trained sports coach. These specialist skills mean that they’re able to cater to the needs of all our members, from young children practising for team sports to athletes wanting to fine-tune their sporting activity.
